By registering for, signing in to, or using Weavtra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Service
Weavtra is a personal project-management tool for knitting, crochet, and other crafts. It offers account and profile management, patterns and symbols, pattern-image recognition, counters, tasks, yarn and tool inventory, ledgers, works, uploads, and feedback. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and security
You may use some features as a guest. If you register or sign in, provide lawful and valid information and keep it current. Protect your account, password, verification codes, security answers, credentials, and device. Do not transfer, rent, lend, or share your account, or use it for unlawful activity. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use or a security risk.
3. Your content
You retain the rights you legally hold in the patterns, annotations, counters, tasks, inventory, ledger records, works, images, videos, files, notes, and feedback you upload, create, or enter. To provide synchronization, storage, backup, display, pattern recognition, troubleshooting, and security, you authorize us to process that content to the necessary extent. Pattern recognition occurs only when you actively initiate it. See our Privacy Policy for personal-information processing details.
4. Acceptable use
You must not violate law or these terms; infringe privacy, reputation, intellectual property, or other rights; disrupt, attack, scan, or test Weavtra systems; bypass access controls; use unauthorized automation, crawlers, or reverse engineering; impersonate others; or spread spam, malicious complaints, or content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious.
5. Intellectual property
Weavtra’s trademarks, branding, interface design, software, text, images, graphics, layout, and related technology belong to us or the applicable rights holders. Except where law permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or use them for another commercial purpose without permission.
6. Service changes and termination
We may change, interrupt, or end some or all services for product, operational, legal, security, or force-majeure reasons. Where material rights are affected, we will give reasonable notice unless law or an emergency requires otherwise. If you breach these terms or applicable law, we may take proportionate action, including notice, feature restrictions, removal of violating content, account suspension, or termination.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and secure, but are not responsible beyond what applicable law requires for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including force majeure, network failures, third-party service failures, device issues, or user error. Pattern recognition, stitch explanations, material estimates, inventory, and ledger statistics are for personal creative-management reference only and are not professional, financial, or business advice.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through friendly consultation; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction in accordance with law.
